Ordering and Delivery
The finished prints are supplied in an acid free tissue wrap and shipped in an armoured 4 inch mailing tube.
Our delivery costs are as follows:-
Mainland UK 4.45 GBP
Europe 6.25 GBP
Worldwide 9.50 GBP
All goods ordered from the website will be dispatched within 5 working days.
Deliver will be to the address supplied at the checkout when placing your order. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.
Returns and Refunds

Incorrect or Damaged Goods.
If we shipped you the wrong item or your item arrives damaged or in poor condition, simply email us a digital photo of the damaged or incorrect item and the shipping container within 7 days of delivery to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include in the body of the email: your order number, the shipping ID or item number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and tell us whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund. Please send your request within 7 days of receipt. Your request will be processed within 48 hours and you will receive an email letting you know your replacement is under production or your refund is being processed. If you select a refund, you will be refunded the full cost of the item and the cost of delivery
To return an item, please pack them in the original tube. Please include your name, postal address, email address, telephone numbers, as well as your order number, the shipping ID and/or item number. Print returns should be packaged securely in the original packaging supplied. For your protection and peace of mind it is recommend that art prints are returned using a trackable postage service which has the relevant insurance cover.
Refunds will be issued by the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of such refund. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
